| レポートの内容：ソフトバンク光への切替を勧めてくる会社訪問営業が来てその場で契約してしまいましたがかえって月額が高くなることがわかったため契約から2時間後に契約破棄の連絡をしましたしかし後日ソフトバンクから契約開始のSMS連絡宅急便でモデムが届きました宅急便が来てからすぐにトラストへ電話したところソフトバンク光へ情報連携されてしまったソフトバンク光及び附帯サービスキャンセル窓口の2箇所に電話してくださいとのことトラストから連絡してくれないのか尋ねたところ情報連携されてしまっているのでできないと言われました一度契約してしまった私にも落ち度はありますが契約破棄の依頼をしてあったのになぜ私が各所へ連絡しなければならないのか最悪玄関で寒い中対応した時間と電話代返してほしい | |

| レポートの内容：ソフトバンク光に乗り換えると2000円安くなる毎月2800円税別と言われましたが1000円は代理店関係なくソフトバンクの工事費無料でどこの代理店で契約しても変わりません残り1000円は営業担当に毎月1000円割引きますと言われて契約しましたがキャッシュバックは2年後なので契約後に渡された契約関連書類のキャンペーン内容と齟齬がありましたつまり毎月の基本料金を2年縛りで支払い続けることになリます幸い開設工事前にソフトバンクのサポートセンターで解除できたので損失はありませんでしたがこれから光回線に乗り換える予定の人はきちんとネットで調べて自分にとって長期的にトータルでメリットがある条件で契約した方が良いと思いますこと訪問営業においては即決で決めないと契約できないと言われて焦るのは消費者心理をついた営業テクニックですので気をつけて下さい | |

| レポートの内容：過去にも何度も営業に来られていて迷惑していたのでつい契約しそうになりました強制乗り換えではないのにマンション自体のネット環境が変わりましたと当たり前のように署名を求められました身分証キャッシュカード住所名前等を聞き出されタッチパネルを入力させられました今より月額料金が半額になりますよと言われたのですが電話対応の方では今より500円程度の安い月額料金を提示され契約内容の入力が終わってから機械は自分で用意してくださいって言われたりして電話対応でもただマニュアルを棒読みしているような感じで質問してもえーっととたじたじされて信用しきれませんでした疑問点が多すぎて怖くなり安くなるならと思い契約入力を進めていましたが乗り換えの手続きも面倒くさいですし今の契約のままでも月々の支払い等は問題なく出来ているので乗り換える必要もない気がしてその場で契約破棄しました初めての一人暮らしで営業のことやそれぞれの契約について無知だったので契約しそうでしたがこのページを見つけてその場で契約破棄できてよかったですちゃんと出来ているのかはわかりませんが仕事前に寝ていたところを起こされ寒い中1時間も対応させられて本当に鬱陶しいですこれからはオートロックも開けず対応もするつもりはありませんいい勉強になりました | |
