| レポートの内容：記載されている通り酷い会社です最初はFAXの入電があったのち嫁が出ましたがネットプランの変更とのことでかわりました確認でいろんな現契約の話を聞かれさも現契約の会社からの連絡かと思いきや営業担当と変わることにそしたら料金が安くなる理由としてプロバイダー料金が掛からなくなると意味不明な話が出てきましたまぁプラン変更で料金が安くなるなら､､､と思って契約変更しても良いかなと思ってたらココでショートメールがスピードリンクの代理店サポートナビから届きますと全く違う会社でしたなんだよ営業じゃんか先ずは会社名名乗るのが先だろとりあえずこの話は無かったことにとし電話を終了これ引っ掛かる人は結構居ると思いますので注意してください料金がどの程度安くなるのかなど具体的な話しは出ませんでした回線料は５２８０円月と言っていましたが格段に安いとは思えません暇付きで割引契約受けてたり回線変更の弊害は充分考えられるので短時間で変更するのはリスクしかありませんので注意しましょう | |

| レポートの内容： 前段として他の方の口コミにもある通り夕方には非通知着信がありました 丁度我が家は自宅のインターネット回線をOCN光から楽天ひかりに切り替えをした直後に掛かって来たので夜の9時前ではありましたがまんまとその確認の電話だと思い込んでしまいました 早口で要領を得ない説明を確認の意味で訊ねるとそんな事も判らないんですかさっき説明したじゃないですかと一般的な優良企業ではあり得ない話し方 今利用しているNTTからリースされているモデムを倍の2ギガにして料金は7千円くらい払っているのが5千円台になりますよ担当者が変わりますとしばらく保留した後に出た人は同じ声でした 確認の意味で生年月日を教えて下さいと来たので私はこちらから掛けた電話ならともかくそちらから掛かって来た電話で個人情報を訊ねるのはおかしい大体なぜ事前に書面で郵送とかメールで連絡を寄越さないと突っ込むと今時は文書やメールを送っても読まない人が多いですから電話で直接なのですとさももっともらしい回答普通ドコモや楽天からの確認の電話ならば夜の9時前なんて非常識な時間に長電話させないだろうと更に突っ込むと昼に電話しましたがお出になりませんでしたお出掛けでしたかと嘘着信履歴にもありませんでしたずっと在宅していたがそんな電話は無かったと言うとしどろもどろに私は確認の上で内容を整理の上でこちらから電話すると言うと何の確認をする必要があると←そんな事言う企業マトモな訳がない私はメモするから会社名と担当者名電話を教えて下さいと言ったところスピードリンクスピード光と立て続けでやはり早口で煙に巻く気がありありです最後に株式会社サポートナビの堀井です0120945281ですと答えましたこちらが再三に渡り確認してから折り返すと言っているのに電話を切らせようとしない最後は投げやりな態度でここまで時間掛けて解らないんですかどうぞご自由にと失礼な物言いで電話を切りました 調べるとやはりマトモな会社ではありませんでした あとこちらから伝えていない情報〇〇さんのお電話ですよねと言っていたのでどこからか個人情報を入手の上で連絡をしてきています 総務省電気通信消費者センター0352535900に詳細を伝えます | |
